These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RIWAAZ website and your purchase of products from it. By browsing, registering on, or ordering from this website you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true and complete.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that is used for fraudulent activity, repeated non-acceptance of cash-on-delivery parcels, abuse of promotional offers, or any breach of these terms.

3. Products, colours and descriptions

We take care to describe every garment accurately, including fabric, weave and care instructions. Photographs are shot to represent the product faithfully, but the colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen, its calibration and ambient lighting. Handcrafted and hand-embroidered pieces carry small irregularities that are inherent to the craft and are not defects.

4. Pricing and typographical errors

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Where an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only when the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the item is out of stock, the pricing was incorrect, the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

6. Payment

We accept prepaid payment through our payment gateway and, where available, cash on delivery within the limits shown at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders may attract an additional handling charge, which is displayed before you place the order. We do not store your payment credentials.

7. Shipping, returns and cancellation

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, the return window and the cancellation process are set out in our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The RIWAAZ name and wordmark, the design of this website, and all photographs, illustrations, product descriptions, graphics and other content on it are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Customer content

By submitting a review, rating or photograph, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with the product and our marketing. You confirm that the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe any third party's rights. We may decline to publish, edit for length, or remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

10. Prohibited activities

You may not use this website to: interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access to any account, server or network; scrape, harvest or mine data; place speculative, false or fraudulent orders; misuse coupon codes or referral offers; or upload malicious code or unlawful content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, transport disruption, and regulatory or governmental action.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RIWAAZ, its owners and employees harmless against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
